Final Assembly

Your order is not fully assembled (sewn) until all decoration is complete. There are two reasons for this: 1) working with flat (unassembled) pieces allows us to produce much better print quality then we could with completed garments and 2) if we do make a mistake we can simply cut another piece and reprint it without having to totally redo your garment. Our competition does not have this luxury and this gives us quite a competitive edge.

Once we do assemble your garments we again use the finest threads, zippers, buttons etc., regardless of cost, and all work is done by American craftsmen in our factory. When the sewing is complete, your order is inspected again, and if it is not perfect it is disassembled and then done once again.
