Why is your uniform superior to others?

The people who manage Cisco have extensive backgrounds in athletics and coaching. All our uniforms are designed for durability and with the comfort and performance of today’s athlete in mind. Your order is produced separately from every other order so that it can be customized exactly to your specifications.

We cut no corners, whether for price considerations or any other reason, when designing our uniform patterns. We use full, professional cuts on all our products regardless of how much fabric it takes. We will not skimp on a pattern just to make the price seem more attractive.

Along with the premium-quality fabrics that we use, we also spare no expense on the other components of your uniforms like inks, thread, trim and more. Your order is even steamed, folded and shipped in our own specially designed Cisco boxes.

Our commitment to excellence throughout the entire manufacturing process is why we hold all Cisco athletic uniforms to “A Higher Standard.”

What if I need additional uniforms later?

Everything we sell is custom-made so we can always provide more for you — even years down the road. Ordering in small quantities, however, can be extremely expensive, so it is advisable, if your budget permits, to order extra uniforms with your initial order. A good rule of thumb is to attempt to order quantities of six or more on all initial orders to keep the prices reasonable.

What if there is a problem after I receive my order?

Your order is inspected and counted three times before it leaves our factory, so discrepancies in quantity and/or sizing are almost impossible. If there is some other problem with your order resulting from a mistake on our part, then we will replace or repair the uniforms to your satisfaction. The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will do whatever is reasonably necessary to ensure that.

Please keep in mind that we go to great lengths to guarantee that our lettering methods are permanent. Approving your lettering and/or designs before they are applied is much easier than trying to change them after the fact.

What if I need a particular color?

We use industry-recognized standard athletic colors in all our fabrics, but if there is any question whatsoever, we will gladly send you sample swatches for your approval. Please keep in mind that some athletic uniforms contain various combinations of fabric, trim, braid, ink, thread, etc., and we need to be aware of potential shade variations when designing your uniform. Our customer service people will gladly help you with this process.

How do I determine sizing?

Ultimately, since we cannot see your team members, selecting the proper sizing is your responsibility. However, we can provide you with specific sizing information and even lend you samples if necessary. If you have the option, it might be a good idea to order several additional uniforms in different sizes.

Can I get a sample of exactly what I want before I order?

Probably not. Technically, we could produce and print one custom uniform, but the cost and the delivery time would be unreasonable. A better option is to borrow swatches of the materials you are interested in or samples of similar uniforms that we have in stock. Or, you could allow us to produce a color mockup of exactly what you want. Our customer service people will gladly explain your options to you.

What do you mean by “custom-made”?

Most manufacturers mass-produce athletic uniforms in select styles, colors and fabrics. These “stock” uniforms are generally constructed of lesser quality materials and have no available options. If this type of uniform meets your needs, that’s fine, but if not, then you want to step up to “custom-made” uniforms from Cisco.

Our uniforms are truly “custom-made” in the sense that they are produced exclusively for you — to the specifications that you have indicated. Want to add 3 inches of inseam length to two pairs of baseball pants? No problem. Want a double-ply front on your women’s track jerseys for modesty purposes? Again, no problem. Want to add a contrasting color side insert to jazz up your football jerseys? That’s what we do.

When you consider the vast array of fabrics, patterns and options available, buying Cisco “custom-made” uniforms not only assures that you are getting professional quality, but it also allows you the opportunity to design a uniform for your team that is so unique that you will never see anyone wearing anything like it.

Another advantage of “custom-made” uniforms is that they never become obsolete. Most manufacturers discontinue a particular style of uniform when its sales decrease, but that cannot happen with Cisco “custom-made” uniforms. Once we have your pattern, we can always duplicate the exact uniform you ordered, even years later.

What is the minimum order?

Since all uniforms are custom-made, there is no actual minimum order; however, prices are generally based on team-size orders of 12 or more pieces per style. If you order in this quantity or greater, you will find our uniforms to be quite affordable. Orders in smaller quantities can be substantially more expensive.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

We generally take up to four weeks to produce, print and ship an order, but rush orders are available — depending on our workload — at many times throughout the year. As much as we want your business, we will not take your order under false pretenses. If we promise to ship an order by a specific date, we will do it. If we cannot meet your delivery requirements, we will be honest and tell you so upfront.

How is shipping handled?

We ship orders every day via UPS from our factory in Baltimore, Maryland. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Expedited shipping methods (next-day air, second-day, etc.) are available at an additional cost. International orders are sent through the United States Postal Service.

How is payment handled?

Our payment terms are 50 percent down when you place the order, with the balance due prior to shipping. All orders must be paid in full before any merchandise ships. If you do not pay in full, your order will not be sent unless other arrangements are made.

We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks (initial payment only). Your order will not be processed until the check has cleared. Payment by credit card is the preferred and most convenient method.
